Do I have to have a complete application on file with the State of Florida before I am eligible to take the PMLexis examination?

Yes

How often is the PMLexis examination offered?

The PMLexis is offered twice a year (June and December)

Do you accept reciprocity?

No

Do I have to complete one year of residency training prior to becoming licensed?

Yes. You must complete an application and notify the board office within 60 days of commencement of your residency program.

How can I register for dispensing medicinal drugs?

Submit an application to dispense medicinal drugs and enclose a fee of $100.00. You will be required to renew this registration upon each renewal of licensure.

If I took the PMLexis prior to August 1996, will I be required to take the examination again?

No.
